Svicom is certified in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Standard. ISO 27001 is an international standard for information security management, essential for organizations aiming to protect their information from internal and external threats and to enhance the trust of Clients and stakeholders in their information management.
GENDER EQUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REFERENCE PRACTICE UNI/PDR 125:2022
Svicom is certified compliant with the UNI/PDR 125:2022 practice. The Company follows and applies what is defined by the practice regarding strategies, governance, HR processes, pay equity, and parenthood. Svicom is associated with Confindustria Assoimmobiliare; national association which, since 1997, has brought together and represented Real Estate Operators and Institutional Investors active in Italy. Within the promoted technical committees, Letizia Cantini is President of the Diversity & Inclusion Table.

Fabio Porreca is a member of the Executive Committee. Letizia Cantini is the President of the “Digital & Protech” Commission for the three-year period 2023-2025.

CODE OF ETHICS AND ORGANISATIONAL MODEL PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/2001

The Code of Ethics serves as the fundamental reference framework for the conduct and decision-making of all individuals working for the Group, defining the values, principles and standards of behaviour that guide the Company’s activities.
In line with the principles of the Code of Ethics, Svicom has adopted an Organisational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, designed to prevent the commission of offences that may give rise to the administrative liability of the Company.
The 231 Organisational Model, together with the Group’s system of procedures, internal controls and governance mechanisms, contributes to ensuring a management approach based on legality, transparency, efficiency and accountability, reinforcing Svicom’s commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards.
