Fabio Porreca
Founder, Chairman, Partner
Fabio Porreca was born in Fabriano on December 24, 1969. After graduating with honors in Business Administration, from “L. Bocconi” University in Milan, he founded Sviluppo Commerciale Srl, now Svicom, in 1996, of which he is still chairman and major shareholder.
From 2013 to 2019, he was president of the Foggia Chamber of Commerce as well as vice president of UnionCamere Nazionale from 2015 to 2019.
In 2023, he was included by Forbes Italy, in its list of the 100 top Italian managers most distinguished by a model of innovative, digital and sustainability-conscious leadership.
He is a member of the Executive Board of the National Council of Shopping Centers.

Letizia Cantini was born in Pistoia on March 24, 1981 and lives in Milan. After graduating with honors in Literature and Philosophy from the University of Florence, she earned a Ph.D. and later completed Executive paths at SDA Bocconi and Politecnico di Milano.
From 2013 to 2018, she held the positions of Heritage Director and Technical Director in Unicoop Florence, becoming the youngest executive in the Coop system.
In 2018, she joined Svicom as Chief Operating Officer; in 2020, she was appointed General Manager and Partner; and in 2025, she also assumed the position of CEO of Svicom S.p.A. Benefit Society. She is also CEO of the subsidiaries Svicom Agency and Svicom Condominium Management.
Over the course of her career, she has received numerous awards: in 2022 she was included among Forbes Italy’s 100 Top Women; in 2023 she received the “Best Leader for Generative Technologies” award from IKN Italy; in 2025 she was included in Forbes Italy’s list of 100 Top Managers.
She currently chairs the Digital & Proptech Commission of the National Council of Shopping Centers and the Diversity & Inclusion Table of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare.
Corrado Di Paolo

Corrado Di Paolo was born in Foggia on May 8, 1973, and lives in Molfetta (Bari). After graduating in Industrial Sciences – Marketing Address, he started working for McDonald’s Italy in 1996, which he left in 2004 to start a new challenge in Castorama Italy. In 2005 he joined Svicom as Shopping Centre Manager of the Mongolfiera Japigia Shopping Center (Bari), and then held the position of Head of Leasing Dept. since 2009 and Partner since 2016.
He is currently general manager of Svicom Agency, a subsidiary of Svicom Group.
