Svicom Gestioni Condominiali Appointed to Lead the SeiMilano Consortium

Svicom Gestioni Condominiali has been appointed to lead the SeiMilano Consortium, the entity responsible for the governance and management of Parco SeiMilano, the green heart of the urban regeneration project of the same name promoted by Borio Mangiarotti and Värde Partners. The development is transforming more than 330,000 sqm in south-west Milan into a vibrant, sustainable urban district.

Currently covering an initial 72,000 sqm, Parco SeiMilano will ultimately extend across 168,000 sqm, making it one of Milan’s largest and most significant green infrastructures. The park features waterways, irrigation canals, community gardens and urban orchards, together with 2,300 mature trees, 4,100 shrubs and 116,000 sqm of lawns.

This appointment further broadens the operational scope of Svicom Gestioni Condominiali, extending its expertise to the management of green infrastructure supporting large-scale urban regeneration projects.
