FOOTFALL

Svicom Portfolio Asset Retail: +6% compared to 2023. Benchmark Cncc: increase of +1%.

For Svicom centers, positive changes for all months considered. The daily average recorded in 1H 2024 is 8,000 daily visitors (+2.5% compared to 2023), with an average on weekends of over 12,000 visitors.

TURNOVER

2024 data confirm a stable trend for the Svicom portfolio, although the months of January, April and May showed negative changes. There were excellent results for Personal Care, Health (+10%), Services (+3%) and Personal Clothing (+2%), negative values for Electronics which recorded -12%, Household Goods (-2%) and Culture, Leisure, Gifts (-6%).

The same trend is to be registered throughout the Country.
