Porta Vittoria: New Condominium Management Contract for Svicom Gestioni Condominiali

Svicom Gestioni Condominiali, a company of the Svicom Group, has expanded its managed-assets portfolio with a new condominium management mandate for the Porta Vittoria project in Milan.

Prelios SGR S.p.A., acting as the management company of the Niche Fund, acquired the real estate complex located between Viale Umbria, Via Monte Ortigara, and Via Cervignano as part of bankruptcy proceedings. The project includes four residential buildings—Avenue House, 3Towers, Park Line, and The Cube—with a total of more than 160 residential units spread across approximately 23,000 sqm. An additional 24,000 sqm is dedicated to a hotel, retail spaces, and services, including a fitness area.

This new appointment confirms the growth trajectory of Svicom Gestioni Condominiali, further strengthening the Group’s expertise in the management of residential developments and mixed-use projects.
