New condominium management mandate for Svicom Gestioni Condominiali in the Luxury Living segment

Savills Investment Management SGR SpA has appointed Svicom Gestioni Condominiali, a company within the Svicom Group, to provide condominium management services for Dimore Milanesi, a premium residential development located in Milan’s Porta Romana district.

Designed by Calzoni Architetti, the architectural regeneration project combines the restoration of an early 20th-century building—formerly home to the Faculty of Computer Science of the University of Milan—with contemporary new architectural volumes, creating a high-end residential complex.

The development comprises 67 residential units and a comprehensive range of amenities for residents, including a concierge service, a dedicated delivery area, co-working spaces, and a fitness area.
