Praemia REIM Italy SGR appoints Svicom to manage the assets belonging to the WEMO ONE ITALIA Fund.

Seven stand-alone assets, located between Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna, with a total surface area of approximately 22,000 sqm, and tenants including METRO, TIGROS and OVS.

The mandate includes property management, building management and technical services, further strengthening Svicom’s Retail AUM portfolio, which today represents around 60% of the total portfolio.
