Svicom Agency strengthens its organization with a division dedicated to the Living asset class
Svicom Agency, a subsidiary of the Svicom Group specialized in brokerage services, strengthens its organizational structure with the creation of a division dedicated to the Living asset class.
The new unit complements the established Retail and High Street divisions, responding to the evolving market demand and the growing centrality of the residential sector within real estate investment strategies.
The Living division offers a customized service tailored to owners, investors, and private clients. Thanks to a strong technical background, integrated urban planning and legal expertise, and a relationship-driven approach, the team supports clients throughout all stages of sales and leasing transactions, ensuring qualified, continuous, and results-oriented oversight.
Each mandate begins with an in-depth analysis of the asset and its competitive context, followed by the definition of a value enhancement and marketing strategy, and concludes with the identification of the most suitable buyer or tenant. Svicom Agency oversees the entire process, from the first viewing to contract execution, ensuring operational efficiency, transparency, and timeline control.
