Lendlease chooses Svicom as managing agent for MIND Comprensorio

Svicom has been appointed by Lendlease as Managing Agent for the MIND District, part of MIND – Milano Innovation District, one of the most iconic urban regeneration projects in Italy, developed through the redevelopment of the former Expo 2015 site via a public-private partnership between Lendlease and Principia.

With a total area of 1 million sqm and an investment of €4.5 billion, MIND is positioned as a center of excellence for technology and life sciences, built on a model of a sustainable, inclusive, and zero-emissions city.

The District covered by the mandate is structured around three strategic anchors: IRCCS Galeazzi – Sant’Ambrogio Hospital, operational since 2022; Human Technopole, a center of research excellence undergoing continuous expansion; and the University of Milan – Science Campus, opening from the 2027/2028 Academic Year.
