Dea Capital Real Estate SGR entrusts Svicom to manage 5 logistics assets

Svicom reinforces its U.M. portfolio in the Logistics asset class with a Property and Facility Management assignment for five assets located in Lombardy and Piedmont, with a total area of approximately 110,000 sq. m.
The mandate is awarded by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR, manager of the SICAF, confirming a solid and ongoing partnership with Svicom Group.

The new assignment further consolidates the Group’s positioning as an All Assets – Full Service Provider, capable of integrating multidisciplinary expertise, structured processes and a deep knowledge of the different asset classes to support the management and enhancement strategies shared with Clients.
