Le Cotoniere: new mandate for Property, Leasing and Mall Management

Svicom expands its Retail business unit portfolio with a new Property, Leasing and Mall Management mandate for Le Cotoniere Shopping Centre (Salerno).

Opened in 2016, the centre spans 27,969 sqm of GLA over three levels and hosts 90 retail units, anchored by Conad and featuring a tenant mix that includes leading national and international brands such as OVS, H&M, Deichmann, Pepco, TEDi, Cisalfa, Expert and Scarpamondo.

The new appointment forms part of a broader asset redevelopment and repositioning project, aimed at strengthening the centre’s role as a multifunctional hub fully integrated into the urban context. Key strategic priorities include the refurbishment of the food court, the enhancement of the wellbeing offer, and the introduction of new medium-sized retail units, with the goal of increasing the centre’s appeal to its local community.
