Svicom among excellence honored at Herconomy Awards 2025
Svicom is among the excellences honored at the Herconomy Award 2025. This is an award that makes us proud and confirms, once again, the concrete value of our commitment to gender equality and the promotion of fair and people-oriented work and professional development environments.
The Herconomy Awards-promoted by Economy Group under the patronage of the City of Milan-were awarded today at the Conference Hall of the Royal Palace (Milan) to UNI PdR 125:2022-certified companies that have distinguished themselves in terms of soundness and profitability, demonstrating how the adoption of equalitarian policies is a real factor in competitiveness. The analysis was conducted by RSM Italy, an international signature of strategy consulting.
Our CEO and General Manager Letizia Cantini and our Chief Brand Officer Gerardo Monferrato collected the award, commenting, “This recognition represents a significant confirmation of the path we are pursuing in our people management policies.
