Svicom: the results of the first half of 2025

The first half of 2025 confirms Svicom’s growth path and the soundness of our full-service and multi-asset strategy.

Comparing June 2025 data with December 2024 data, we record:

▪️ +25 assets under management

▪️ +400,000 sqm under management

▪️ +600 occupiers

The managed portfolio now has 370 assets distributed throughout the country, with a majority presence in the North (46 percent), followed by the Center (38 percent) and the South (16 percent).

Retail, Svicom’s distinctive core business, currently accounts for 55 percent of the portfolio under management. At the same time, the consolidation of other asset classes, which together make up 45 percent, continues, with significant growth in the Living and Office segments.

They exceed 210 million euros in managed fees and service charges, an increase of +13% from December 2024.
