Milan 3.0: New condominium management mandate for Svicom Gestioni Condominiali

The assignment concerns the Milan 3.0 residential complex, a new-generation development located in the municipality of Basiglio, in the Milan metropolitan area.

The project includes 250 housing units, covering a total area of 25,500 square meters, and features exclusive amenities such as a gymnasium, coworking area and common spaces designed to promote wellness and sociability.

Milan 3.0 represents an evolved model of sustainable living: the complex was designed according to strict criteria of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, as attested by LEED certification. The harmonious inclusion in the natural surroundings, including tree-lined parks, ornamental lawns, bicycle and pedestrian paths and a lake, helps define an authentic residential oasis.
