Letizia Cantini appointed Chief Executive Officer of Svicom S.p.A. Società Benefit

Svicom S.p.A. Società Benefit, a leading proptech company specializing in advisory services for real estate management and enhancement, announces the appointment of Letizia Cantini as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Already serving as General Manager and Partner since 2020, Cantini will continue to lead the Group on its path of growth and development, strengthening Svicom’s positioning as an all-assets, full-service provider through an integrated model based on technological innovation, digitalization, and human capital development.

In her new role, she will be responsible for driving the Group’s strategic development. Svicom currently manages over 350 assets across the country, with a team of more than 200 professionals and 2024 revenues of €20 million, reflecting consistent growth over recent years.

Under her leadership, Svicom has expanded and diversified its portfolio under management (from Retail — the Group’s core asset class — to all asset classes), consolidating its market leadership through the adoption of advanced proptech solutions and the delivery of high value-added advisory services. The Group’s approach is grounded in the full application of the Agile method to foster continuous organizational model innovation, combined with a framework of widespread entrepreneurship that has enabled the company to anticipate and rapidly respond to market trends, with a constant focus on operational efficiency, sustainability, and asset value creation.

Aged 44, Letizia Cantini boasts a solid academic background and a distinguished managerial career. Following an executive tenure at Unicoop Firenze, where she served as Director of Real Estate and Technical Director, becoming the youngest executive within the Coop system, she joined Svicom in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer, before being appointed General Manager and Partner in 2020. She also holds the position of CEO of Svicom Agency and Svicom Gestioni Condominiali, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Group.

Throughout her career, Cantini has received multiple awards for her strategic contributions to digital transformation, operational excellence, and social impact. In 2022, she was recognized among Forbes Italia’s 100 Top Women, and in 2023 she received the Best Leader for Generative Technologies award from IKN Italy. She actively serves as Chair of the “Digital & Proptech” Committee of the Italian Council of Shopping Centers (CNCC) and as President of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare.
