Svicom appointed for Property and Building management for Torrazza Logistic Park

Svicom strengthens its u.m. portfolio in the Logistics asset class with a new Property and Building Management assignment for Torrazza Piemonte Logistics Park (Torrazza Piemonte, TO), entrusted by Europa Risorse SGR – ER Logistcs Fund 5, with Forum Real Estate Management as Asset Manager.

The property, located east of Turin, along the urban stretch of the A4 highway (a few kilometers from the Rondissone exit), covers an area of approximately 62,000 square meters. This project completes the logistics initiative launched with the construction of Amazon’s Hub, transforming a former brownfield site into a modern regenerated hub.

Thanks to BREEAM Excellent certifications and the achievement of the Net Zero Carbon Operational goal, the Torrazza Piemonte Logistics Park establishes itself as a model of excellence in terms of sustainability and innovation.
