Svicom appointed for condominium, building & community management for Libeskind Residences 2 in Milan

New prestigious assignment by Condominium, Building & Community management for the Libeskind 2 residential complex in CityLife, Milan. This mandate is in addition to the one initiated in April for the Libeskind residences.

Svicom Group is thus awarded the management of the entire residential complex designed by architect Daniel Libeskind, consisting of 8 buildings, 409 housing units, approximately 64,000 square meters of floor space, and numerous amenities such as: fitness spaces reserved for condominiums, outdoor green and relaxation areas, children’s areas, 24-hour concierge service and active control room, dedicated helpdesk, and much more.

An important new milestone that further consolidates Svicom’s growth in the Living asset class, and in particular, in the Luxury Living segment.
