Svicom is the property manager of Fondo Chirone (Blue SGR)
ADDITIONAL TO THE EXISTING MANDATES FOR 15 RETAIL ASSETS, SVICOM TAKES ON PROPERTY AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT MANDATES FOR AN ADDITIONAL 17 PROPERTIES (LIVING, OFFICE, AND HOSPITALITY).
New property and facility management mandate for the Svicom Group, entrusted by Blue SGR with reference to Fondo Chirone (closed-end Italian real estate alternative investment fund).
In addition to the previous mandates (active since 2021) for the 15 Retail assets belonging to the Fund, new mandates have been added for 17 properties belonging to the Living, Office, and Hospitality asset classes. This renews the trust expressed by Blue SGR towards Svicom, which thus becomes the property manager of all assets (retail and non-retail) of Fondo Chirone.
The 17 assets recently added to the Company’s management portfolio are located in various Italian regions (Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Abruzzo, Puglia) making up a total area of 115,000 sqm.
