WaltherPark SpA and Svicom SpA Società Benefit: a strategic partnership for the management for WaltherPark in Bolzano

Svicom SpA Società Benefit has been selected by WaltherPark SpA as asset & property manager of the new multifunctional complex WaltherPark, which is scheduled to open in the second half of 2025.

This collaboration represents a fundamental step towards the completion of a real estate project that promises to redefine the urban landscape of the city of Bolzano.

Located between Via Alto Adige, Piazza Verdi and Piazza della Stazione, WaltherPark is the largest private construction project in the history of South Tyrol, with a total investment of more than EUR 600 million. The project covers a total area of approximately 127,000 sqm, of which more than 31,000 sqm is dedicated to shopping (with the High Street Gallery). The complex will house more than 80 shops, a Central Market with a panoramic terrace, the Falkensteiner Hotel (four-star superior), 110 flats and 11,000 sqm of office space.

Designed by British architect David Chipperfield, WaltherPark is conceived to offer a unique experience to visitors; integrating shopping, living, hospitality and office spaces in a renewed urban context that aims to promote sustainability and innovation.
