New Operations Office for Svicom in Rome

The new headquarters is located at 132 Via del Tritone, inside a fine building dating back to the early 20th century.

The headquarters in Milan (Via Dante, 15) and the historic Operations office in Foggia (Viale degli Aviatori, 126) are thus joined by a new location, representing a strategic strengthening of Svicom Group’s presence in the capital. This choice is motivated by the strong growth of the portfolio under management in this area and, more generally, by the increasing attractiveness of the Rome metropolitan area in the Real Estate investment sector.
