Svicom has been awarded a prestigious new mandate for condominium, building, and community management at the residential complex Libeskind (located at CityLife), among the most valuable contemporary architectural projects in the city of Milan.

Architect Daniel Libeskind, an international icon of deconstructivism and urban design, has designed this residential archipelago, consisting of five buildings with over 250 residential units and a total area of 36,000 square meters, located in the elegant Fiera Milano district (between Piazza Giulio Cesare and Piazza Amendola).

The circular layout is enriched by private perimeter gardens and a green landscape in the center of the courtyard, developed on a hill descending towards the underground road network, for a total of over 7,000 square meters of green spaces. The residential complex – positioned within the luxury living segment – is also equipped with numerous amenities including: fitness spaces reserved for condominiums, concierge service for each building, 24-hour control room, dedicated help desk, kids areas, outdoor relaxation areas, etc.

The tender for the management of the buildings and common areas involved some of the leading players in real estate, concluding with a condominium assembly resolution in favor of Svicom; a significant outcome as commented on by Fabio Porreca (Chairman of Svicom) and Letizia Cantini (General Manager of Svicom and CEO of Svicom Condominium Management): “Three months ago we announced our entry into the Living asset class and today we are thrilled to share such a prestigious new mandate. The Libeskind residential complex is an icon of contemporary architecture, fully embodying the values of sustainability and the urban design approach that guides the development of CityLife. We are rapidly growing in Living, particularly in the luxury segment, thanks to the expertise and know-how of our team, providing personalized, innovative, and high-quality services that continue to distinguish us in the market and in all the asset classes we manage”.
